Promoting partnerships for stronger society
Corporate-NGO partnerships can be challenging, but they offer major benefits for both sides and bring a long-lasting impact on the society and economic development. EUR 1500 raised in 2014
The true spirit of Christmas is a spirit of giving. AmCham kicked off the holiday season with its Annual Christmas party and charity raffle. This year together we have raised EUR 1500 for three charities: Latvian Foster Family Association, RMHC Latvija's Care Mobile and SOS Children's Villages in Latvia. As a result many children in Latvia will be able to receive free healthcare services and family-based support.

Greeting for a good cause
For 11th consecutive year, Nordea and children from the "Lejasstrazdi" Family Support Center have been brushing up their creative skills and using them to make special holiday greetings. This year a special holiday countdown calendar was created with the help of actor Kaspars Breidaks and confectioner Anna BÄ«rmane.

Share the smile
McHappy Day, an annual McDonald's charity event, was held on November 29. This year for every "Share the Smile" picture uploaded, McDonald's donated 1 Euro for the support of RMHC Latvija's Care Mobile. This year McHappy Day raised EUR 23,957 that will ensure 958 medical exams for children of Latvia.

EUR 245 983 EUR in 7 years
During the past seven years McDonald's has invested EUR 15.9 million in Latvia and donated EUR 245,983 to charity RMHC Latvija.

Together we can do more!
This year the Care Mobile team has provided more than 4,700 exams free of charge to the children of Latvia. Since the launch of their operations more than 15,000 children have been able to receive free medical services.
