On June 4th, we held our first pan-Baltic Women’s Leadership Forum, in cooperation with AmCham Estonia and Lithuania with 3 female leaders: Kerli Gabrilovica from Luminor Group, Ingrida Šimonyte, Economist & Politician, Ingrid Toonekurg from Microsoft Estonia and moderator Kathleen Naglee from the International School in Helsinki. It was such an inspiring and interactive discussion with speakers sharing their experience in light of the current crisis and highlighting key takeaways: authentic leadership, the necessity of taking care of others, the importance of compassion, managing not only time but also energy, readiness to adapt to changes, and the importance of finding connections with others and communication.

At its last meeting the AmCham healthcare work group discussed issues to be addressed in the meeting with the Minister of Health next week, AmCham’s participation in the work groups of the Ministry of Health and the next steps related to the Conference on Data Health and Oncology data project.
