On September 30, AmCham members gathered for the traditional Meet AmCham event, which has become a fantastic opportunity for all members, old and new, to leatn about benefits they are entitled to receive, explore diversity of AmCham programs and ways to promote their brands through AmCham channels. The event, which was both an introduction of our newest members and networking opportunity, was a resounding success.

AmCham President Zinta Jansons welcomed members to the event and Vice President of Membership Pauls Miklasevics explained the value proposition of membership. Chamber's Executive Director Liga Bertulsone moderated the pitches from members who were invited to present their businesses, individual roles and expectations from membership. Presentations highlighted the diversity of thought and experiences. The 2020-2021 new members included Corporate Contributing members: Medtronic BV representative office and Swedbank Latvija; Corporate members: Hilton Garden Inn Riga Old Town, Reaton Department of Food sales and Tilde; Small Business members: Kaizen Institute Latvia and Medlex Baltics and a Non-Profit member: The Pink Train Foundation.

Our supporting members Leinonen and Riga Business School also had the opportunity to present themselves.

Following pitches, members had an opportunity to network and explore the Hilton Garden Inn Riga Old Town in a small tour around and to enjoy the Hilton's new food concept offering various cuisines.

The evening was fulfilled with new insights, great atmosphere, delicious food and fun. We look forward to expanding our network even further!
