Our second Executive Leadership Series event this year took place with the Governor of the Bank of Latvia Ilmārs Rimšēvičs at Radisson Blu Ridzene Hotel. This exclusive event gathered more than 20 members from various membership categories.

In his keynote Governor Rimšēvičs discussed the current developments in Latvian economy and challenges ahead, including the new Tax reform and issues related to labor market and education. This was a great opportunity for the leadership of our top-tier members to come together and discuss the topics important to your business.

This exclusive event is usually only open to our Corporate Contributing members. However following the member's interest, this time it was also available to other member categories.

About the Speaker

Ilmārs Rimševičs has been the Governor of the Bank of Latvia since 2001. Prior to the appointment in the current position he served as a Deputy Governor of the Bank of Latvia (1992-2001).

In 2013 AmCham launched new type of event for the top management of Corporate Contributing member companies. The Executive Leadership events are hosted by the AmCham President.
