Building business integrity

On February 14, Latvian chapter of Transparency International Delna hosted a conference "Business Integrity - time for action in the Baltic Sea Region". 
The conference was co-hosted by the largest business organizations in Latvia including AmCham.

The conference explored the following topics:

- Looking inside the Business Transparancy: Can it be Measured
- Working Towards Better Governance of State Owned Entreprises in Latvia 
- Setting Government's Agenda to Improve Transparency of Business Environment

During the conference, the main business organizations of Latvia presented the reform agenda to the government of Latvia striving at greater integrity and responsibility in the business environment. AmCham together with the partners will continue to work on common priorities such as efficient court system, improved public procurement process and good governance and effective management of state and municipality owned enterprises and ports.
