The 7th annual Three Seas Initiative (3SI) Summit and Business Forum concluded in Riga on June 21, bringing together more than 500 participants from the Three Seas region and many other countries, including Germany, Ukraine, the U.S. and Japan.

The 3SI Business Forum focused on the future economy through sustainable development, purpose-driven innovation, and new collaboration models.

At the Forum AmChams from the Three Seas region presented a joint statement expressing full support to the region's mission to invest in the areas of energy, transport and digital infrastructure. In addition, AmChams invited stakeholders to establish a joint Executive office to raise awareness of S3I and accelerate tangible cross-country projects.

Tony Housh, President of AmCham in Poland said: "We are committed to this region, to its peace and prosperity, and to the hundreds of thousands of people that work for companies with U.S. capital in the region. We see tremendous opportunity, and it can only get better if we all work together."

In addition to the joint statement, AmCham Latvia was represented at the forum by its President John Tully who was among the speakers of the Digitalization Panel "Crucial Digital Transformations for Advancing Infrastructure Connectivity and Security in the Three Seas Region".
