What real estate trends reveal about the Baltic economies?

On February 6, a Joint Chamber event was held in cooperation with the Swedish and Norwegian Chambers. Industry leaders and experts explored the latest real estate trends and their impact on the Baltic economies. The event was initiated by Rūta Ežerskienė, CEO of Citadele Bank, and moderated by Ieva Vitaitytė, Research Manager at CBRE Baltics. Several topics were discussed concerning the 2025 Baltic Real Estate Market Outlook.  

Ieva Vitaitytė and Santa Rozenkopfa, Managing Director at CBRE Baltics, spoke about such topics as real estate investment, trends, and the outlook for 2025. In the conclusion, questions from the audience were reviewed, and a panel of discussion was held between Frode Gronvald, CEO at Linstow; Kārlis Purgailis, Chief Economist at Citadele; and Ilze Kramiņa, Partner, Eversheds Sutherland Bitans Expert in Construction and Real Estate of FICIL.
More than 80 people participated in the event.
