I look forward to promoting stronger U.S.-Latvia ties and working with AmCham members to ensure Latvia is a trusted destination for international business.

To honor the 30th anniversary of the re-establishment of full diplomatic relations between Latvia and the U.S., Riga Business School and the U.S. Embassy in Latvia, created a quiz for high school students about the U.S. and its relationship with Latvia. Historically RBS has had strong ties with the United States, and it was a pleasure to work together with the U.S. Embassy in Latvia on this initiative.
More than 600 motivated high school students from all over Latvia spent four Saturdays participating in the competition. We are delighted about such a high interest in diplomatic relations among young people. John L. Carwile, U.S. Ambassador and Jānis Grēviņš, RBS Director rewarded five students who proved their dedication and knowledge about this important matter by obtaining the highest results among all participants.
AmCham is a place to meet representatives of other industries and understand the business environment.
