Wireless air quality monitoring sensor now available on Amazon

Oct 07, 2019
Our member SAF Tehnika recently designed and manufactured Aranet4, an innovative, standalone device for effortless monitoring of indoor air quality - CO2, temperature, relative humidity and atmospheric pressure.

The Aranet4 wireless sensor is a simple and exciting way to monitor indoor air quality - it is small, portable, easy to operate and lets you know when the monitored levels have become unhealthy. You can take this fancy gadget wherever you go and always be aware of air quality around you. The device also has a power-efficient e-ink display thus ensuring extremely long battery life.

Normunds Bergs, CEO of SAF Tehnika: "Indoor CO2 pollution is a huge and underrated problem in most public and private spaces. It reduces our brain thinking power and possesses serious long-term health risks. With Aranet4 we aim at raising the awareness about this problem and hope our devices will improve our working and living conditions. As Lord Kelvin once said, you can improve only what you can measure. That's our mission with Aranet4."

Aranet4 is designed for personal as well as business needs. It can be used daily for air monitoring at home, or up to 100 Aranet4 devices can be placed in multiple rooms and wirelessly connected to an Aranet PRO base station thus ensuring climate monitoring on an industrial level - in schools, hotels and other places.

SAF Tehnika has 20 years of experience in manufacturing and designing modern wireless data transmission technologies. The company is publicly traded and has been listed on Nasdaq Riga since 2004.

It is available on their website Aranet4 www.aranet4.com and on Amazon Europe (DE, CO.UK, FRA, ES, IT).  It will soon be possible to purchase Aranet4 on www.amazon.com,
