Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga has achieved Silver Certification through EarthCheck, the world’s leading business advisory group specializing in sustainability and destination management for the travel and tourism industry. 

“The EarthCheck Silver Certification validates our initiatives aimed at minimizing waste, conserving water, enhancing energy efficiency and giving back to the community”, states Carmen Mauthner, General Manager at the hotel. “Achieving this certification was not just about meeting standards; it reflects our holistic approach to sustainability, engaging our colleagues, partners and guest in an ongoing dialogue about environmental stewardship.
