On April 2, 2025, John Tully was unanimously re-elected as the Chairman of the Board and President of AmCham for the next year. He has served as the President of AmCham since 2021. John currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of MikroTik, the largest network equipment manufacturer in Latvia.

John states, "AmCham remains committed to advocating for American investors, prioritizing transatlantic trade and investment, with a special focus on key areas such as security and defense, digital innovation, human capital, and favorable tax environment."

In addition to the election of the President, Vice Presidents were elected. Guntars Krols, Dita Erna Sīle, Sarmis Spilbergs and Rauls Vēliņš were elected as Vice Presidents. 

The election of the Board officers was held at the first Board meeting following the AmCham Annual General Meeting on March 20 where the Board election took place. Elected every year by the Board, AmCham officers guide the Chamber's strategic direction and initiatives.
