KAIZEN™ Barometer for assessing impact of COVID-19

Jun 01, 2020
During the COVID-19 pandemic a Global KAIZENTM Barometer was conducted by Kaizen Institute and the survey results were gathered from companies of various sizes, sectors and locations. The purpose of this survey is to gain insights into the state of the economy, to assess the challenges and constraints that executives and managers are facing during these uncertain times, and to study how to adapt effectively and efficiently to a new way of working. Sustaining the pre-COVID-19 status in the short- and medium-term will be difficult but creating a thriving work environment and efficient operations will be advantageous.

The impact of the pandemic on the economy is evident. In this Global report, we have gathered sets of data and analyses to summarise the situation of the fight against the infection and present a perspective of phases and deadlines that aim to allow companies to react quickly and deliberately, in order to emerge from the crisis stronger.
