Let's spread Christmas joy this season!

We invite you to join our Christmas Charity reception aiming to give back to those who need it the most. We will be grateful for your support to our charities promoting children's health and well-being featured below: Children's Hospital FoundationLatvian Foster Family AssociationRMHC Latvija and SOS Children’s Villages.

Children's Hospital Foundation takes care of the children's health through raising help from general public. Currently donations are especially needed for the new Children and Adolescents’ Mental Health Clinic (setting up modern facilities, including therapy and play rooms), campaign “Angels Above Latvia” (raises donations for individual patient support, including emergency situations) as well as “Boxes of Bravery” – boxes with small gifts that are given to hospital patients after overcoming medical examinations or other procedures (significantly improves children’s experience in the hospital and the job for medical personnel). The Latvian Foster Family Association was founded in 1994 with the objective to promote raising orphans or children left without parental care in a family environment. It is comprised of 202 families with 419 children from different regions of Latvia. As every year the Association holds campaign "Christmas Angels" and welcomes both financial and in-kind donations to support the children in foster care. Children’s Care Mobile program of Ronald McDonald House Charities Latvija (RMHC Latvija) since 2010 has provided over 52 000 free medical consultations to children all across Latvia. To improve and extend their services RMHC Latvija will highly appreciate both financial and in-kind donations of services and goods. SOS Children's Villages Latvia provides long-term family-based care as well as support to biological and foster families guardians, adopters and host families by helping 1200 children all across Latvia. In addition, the organization supports more than 500 children from Ukraine who are currently living in Latvia. The organization is looking for both financial and in-kind donations to support the children in SOS Children’s Villages, SOS Family Support Centers and SOS Out-of-family Care Support centers “Airi vecākiem”.  Especially welcome are donations of sweets, Christmas trees, bicycles as Christmas presents and/or financial donations to support ongoing activities.
