On August 28 AmCham representatives took part in the opening ceremony of Medtronic Hugo™ robotic-assisted
surgery (RAS) roadshow at Medical Education Technology Center (MITC) of Riga Stradins University in Riga. Participants had an opportunity to learn more about surgical robotics, followed by an unique opportunity to try yourself how to operate with Hugo RAS system. 

The Medtronic Hugo Robotic-Assisted Surgery System is an advanced surgical technology designed to provide greater efficiency in surgical procedures. This system is modular and portable, allowing it to be adapted to different operating rooms and procedures. It is particularly suitable for urological and gynecological procedures, but its versatility allows it to be used in other areas of surgery as well.
