On January 28 AmCham Latvia and Riga Business School held the next seminar in the Competitiveness Dialogue Series to discuss topics surrounding the cloud computing.
Presenting were the following experts:

- Jānis Rose, Co-Founder, Mailingen (Latvia)
- Andris Soroka, Co-Owner and CEO, Data Security Solutions
The main takaways from the seminar: the cloud is all about competitiveness, which has changed the world dramatically. Cloud computing requires an entirely new approach to doing business and transformation of thinking. Like it or not, the cloud is here to stay.
Issues to consider before moving your business to the cloud are the following: 1) trust, 2) level of maturity of the cloud, 3) cyber security, 4) responsibility & control.
