AmCham Empower Her work group met to brainstorm ideas for this year's activities and to share best practices. The meeting featured Ramunė Lauciuvienė, Country President for the Baltics & Ukraine at Novartis, as the keynote speaker. Ramunė shared an inspiring personal story, offering valuable insights into her journey and the challenges she has overcome in her leadership career. Additionally, Ieva Rācenāja, Vice President of AmCham and Director at the Riga Graduate School of Law, shared her insights and experiences in leadership roles.
