On May 13, members of all three Baltic AmChams gathered for the 3rd Pan-Baltic webinar.  This webinar was hosted in cooperation with Google Baltics and focused on remote work and efficient operation in the work-from-home environment. 

Vytautas Kubilius, Country Manager at Google Baltics explained how the current situation caused by COVID-19 has completely changed organization's agility and management culture. 40% of global workforce are currently working remotely and it adds an impact to their social life as well. He emphasized that there are pros and cons as 54% work more efficiently and 64% improved their quality of work, however 41% experience high levels of stress and 72% of upper managers find this situation more demanding. Therefore Goolge offers a lot of training for their managers with HR tips for remote management.
