AmCham's new members of 2016/2017 were introduced, and speakers Vanda Dauksta (Riga Toastmasters) and Elena Zlygosteva (Career Evolution Coaching) offered strategies to succeed as networkers in the business world. Members participated in interactive workshops to practice their networking skills.
