AmCham Empower Her work group reinforces AmCham’s commitment to contribute to a more equitable and equal society by bringing together the experience of international companies and organizations to share best practices promoting the culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The group will build and maintain a supportive network for professional women to thrive and discuss what our community can do to encourage more diversity in the boardrooms, executive teams, and workplaces overall.

The Empower Her Working group is co-led by Evita Feldberga, Roche Latvija and Inga Korneliusa, Radisson Group.
