Skrivanek gives pro-bono services

By providing interpreting services Skrivanek Baltic supported the Latvian Personnel Management Association's forum, The Power of Four, held in Riga on 21 March. The forum focused on intergenerational cooperation, with participants in the forum and various experts seeking solutions to help enterprises make successful use of every generation that is represented on the employment market. The Active at All Ages exhibition ran parallel to the forum, which was also attended by experts from Skrivanek Baltic who offered and recommended their services.

Skrivanek Baltic also supported the international World Press Photo contest exhibition in Riga. The World Press Photo contest winners' exhibition is the most prestigious and well-known world photo exhibition, one which travels to more than a hundred cities in 45 countries each year. This year, for the first time since 1991, the World Press Photo exhibition was held in Riga, in St. Peter's Church. The prestigious award, World Press Photo of the Year 2012, was won by Swedish photojournalist, Paul Hansen.
