The last two Labor Force work group meetings on April 16 and April 24 were devoted to discussing proposals how to improve the quality and content for upskilling and retraining programs. The work group decided to conduct a survey on legal aspects of remote work among members.

AmCham members were the first to find out the results of a survey recently conducted by ERDA on HR challenges and opportunities brought by the Covid-19 crisis. Among opportunities respondents mentioned strategic workforce planning, revising existing tools and importance of trainings and communication.
