In partnership with Tatarklubben, AmCham held the second virtual event. This time members had a chance to meet Alex Lazarow from Cathay Innovation. He gave an insight into his new book “Out-Innovate” in the current perspective and introduced members with the new innovation playbook to survive during the pandemic.

Thanks to ACE Network our members had an opportunity to join the first-ever online discussion on the topic of the COVID-19 crisis and how businesses across Europe and Eurasia are responding to challenges. Speakers outlined top key issues to focus on: solidarity, mental strength, and stability, good leadership, bravery, the cooperation of science and politics, and resilience.

This topic was explored by three inspiring leaders from our member companies: Kristīne Mennika, Head of Corporate Communcations at Citadele Bank, Renate Strazdina, Country Manager of Microsoft Baltics and Janis Paksis, Program and Project Portfolio Lead at Accenture Latvia who shared some tips and tricks how to make distance work under these intense circumstances. Planning stood out as one of key elements for being productive.
